What To Expect

Kim Sleno Portraits is attached to a 1911 Victorian Style Home. The studio is complete with a living room, kitchen, studio area and bathroom, for your comfort. The home and studio are located on almost an acre of gardens that are perfect for outdoor sessions.

Each of our portrait sessions are unique. We offer complimentary consultations in our studio. Please contact us for more information on our photography and portraiture services. 

Kim Sleno Portraits offers a wide variety of print options;  hand crafted, heirloom quality albums that will sit on your coffee table. We also have matted prints enclosed in a hand crafted Folio Box, large and canvas art to adorn a wall, acrylic and metal prints and prints on foam board.

We try to have many items printed in the Comox Valley, or within Canada.

Every glamour session starts with a consultation at least 1 week before the session. We will discuss what you would like from the session, what type of clothes would work best for this, and what to expect on the day of photo shoot.

On the day of shoot, we will start with a before image, followed by  hair and makeup application (this takes about 1 1/2 hours), then into the photo shoot that will take from 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
